I have been in the insurance industry since 2003, as a financial adviser since 2016. In 2020 we decided to kick-start own journey to serve our values and principles by forming Preferential Ltd.
I enjoy meeting people through face -to-face interactions and I believe being available when clients require us especially at claim time.
I am passionate about developing next generation of Advisers by passing on my vast experience and industry knowledge.
I am blessed with a beautiful family who keeps me grounded and love spending time with them.

My name is Pavithra, love to be called as Pavi, I was born in India and moved to New Zealand in 2018. I have Masters in computer Science from JNTU University in Hyderabad, India.
I have been working as an Administrator for Preferential Ltd since 2022 and have a great comprehension of the insurance industry.
Knowing the value of Insurance, I decided to become a financial adviser in 2023 and completed my Level 5 Accreditation soon after.
I am enthusiastic towards meeting new people and understanding their needs which enables me to offer help in the event of a crisis, this is the primary reason that motivated me to join the insurance industry.

I was born in Switzerland and have just turned 22 years old. Together with my parents, Hera and Patrick, I recently moved to sunny Nelson, where my mother was born. My multi-cultural background not only affords me dual citizenship but I also speak German, English, Spanish and French. I have been working for Preferential Ltd for almost one year.
I chose to work in this field as I enjoy meeting and helping people. Growing up in a close family with good values and morals, it has always been important to me to treat people with respect and good intent. I very much admire the way that Siby embodies these principles and consequently strongly support him here at Preferential Ltd.
Preferential Ltd, including Siby, Pavi and Cathy are all very close to my heart. It brings a smile to my face beginning each day at the office with Siby and Pavi.
